We operate out of 1 station that protects a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. We are a small rural department covering mostly residential with some light commerical occupancies. We respond on fires, EMS/1st Responder, and rescue calls. We were incorporated in 1952 as the Powellton Fire Department, but changed our name to Armstrong Creek Vol. Fire Department in 1961. We built a new station in 1993 from which we operate five trucks. Two engines, one tanker, one rescue, and one brush truck.
