We operate out of 2 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a volunteer status. The Plaucheville Vol. Department is composed of 20 volenteers. Several members are Firefighter I and II qualified. Our First responders range in skill from first responder level to EMT-B, To EMT-P, to LPN's and RN's.
