HARRISBURG, Pa. --

Fire investigators in Harrisburg said a 4-year-old boy playing with a cigarette lighter started a fire Monday afternoon.

The blaze damaged a first-floor apartment in the Governor's Square Apartments on Woodbine Street.

A woman, her son and grandson all escaped. They were given temporary shelter by the American Red Cross.
