PIEDMONT, S.C. --

The Anderson County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 16-year-old juvenile in connection with a fire at Parts Place Incorporated.

The business is located on Hurricane Creek Road.

It is a division of Waste-Quip, a manufacturer of waste handling equipment.

Five fire departments battled the blaze early Saturday morning.

The juvenile has been charged with 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree arson and petit larceny.

The sheriff's office said the juvenile is being held at the juvenile detention facility in Liberty.
